Ultrasonic Bone Surgery® only cuts hard tissues such as: bone, teeth and enamel. The result of this ultrasonic high power is excellent penetration into both high and low density bone. The tip vibration does not damage the surrounding soft tissues, since they vibrate with the vibrating tip. Direct contact of the tip with blood vessels will cause immediate vessel closure, stopping hemorrhaging and keeping the
surgical field clear.
