    To purchase dental surgical supplies through ACE Surgical, you must be a licensed practitioner or a professional representing a practitioners organization and be an authorized purchasing agent for the account. All customers using this website to place orders must have a registered account with ACE Surgical Supply Company, Inc. If you require a new account, please visit our New Customer Account setup page. If you are an existing customer but have not registered with to use the ACE website to place orders, please link to your customer account by visiting the Existing Customer Account Registration page. If you have accesed your account through this web site in the past, please simply login using your registered email address and passowrd.

    Orders placed through this web site are subject to the terms and conditions herein. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours upon receipt and shipped via UPS. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on weekdays or at any time over the weekend will begin the fulfillment process on the next business day (excluding U.S. Holidays). Shipping charges are based on method of shipment, weight and destination. Special shipping services are available upon request, at an additional charge. These include: UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air. We do not ship orders COD.

    Ordering online at acesurgical.com has never been easier. After logging into the web site, search for your products and you will see live inventory and up-to-date pricing for the products you need. If a product is not in stock, you can still add the item to your shopping cart as a back order and checkout. You will not be charged for the backordered item. The order summary page will outline the details of each product your order, how many will ship and how many will be placed on backorder. At ACE, it is important that we communicate the most current information we have so you can make informed shopping decisions.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase from ACE Surgical. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at 800-441-3100 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be shipped prepaid to be accepted by our Return Department. We cannot accept any returns after 90 days from invoice date.

    All returns must be in saleable condition; we cannot accept back any product that has been used, opened, written on or not in its saleable condition. Sterile product that has been opened cannot be returned. Sterile products cannot be returned after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to merchandise after the 30 day purchase period. Special order items or items that are noted “non-returnable” may not be returned. RX items require a PDRA form to accompany all RX returns. Please contact customer service to obtain form before returning RX products.
